How to Prep

Be sure to exfoliate your skin two days before your appointment. Do not exfoliate on the day of your service because the sugaring will do that for you. Avoid lotions, oils, deodorant, or anything on your skin before your appointment since sugar adheres best to clean, dry skin.

If you are sensitive or nervous about discomfort, some people find relief from taking an over the counter pain reliever twenty to thirty minutes beforehand. Avoid caffeine or alcohol on the day of your appointment.

Take a few deep breaths and relax. You are in good hands :)

Post Care

Exfoliation is the key to preventing ingrown hairs and keeping your skin smooth. Begin exfoliating two days after your sugaring appointment using a sugar scrub or exfoliating gloves. Gentle exfoliation three to four times per week helps remove buildup, promotes circulation, and keeps the follicles clear so your skin stays soft.

Moisturize your skin every day to maintain hydration and support healthy hair removal results.

After your appointment, avoid the following for twenty four hours:

• Working out or sweating heavily

• Pools, saunas, hot tubs, or sunbathing

• Applying lotions, oils, deodorant, or perfume to the area

• Shaving between appointments

With consistent care, your skin stays smoother, softer, and beautifully maintained.
